Terms of purchase

How to buy:

  • In the menu select the category (rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants or sets).
  • Once on that page, select the product you want. You will see the description of the product, size, price, characteristics, etc.
  • Add the article by clicking the button "add to cart". (If it is a ring you must choose the SIZE before adding to the cart)
  • Then, you can continue shopping and add more items to the cart or place the order.
  • If you wish to ordering, click on the "view cart" button where the order you are going to make will be detailed.
  • If you have a discount coupon, enter the "Coupon Number" in the corresponding box and click on apply coupon. The discount you have received will appear detailed.
  • If the order is correct, click on "Complete Purchase"
  • You must perform the card payment.
  • To finish click on "FINISH PURCHASE".
  • You will receive an email confirming you your order.

How long does shipping take:

We are an artisan workshop, so delivery times will vary depending on the type of order:

• 3 business days approximately:

  • For standard size pieces or pieces that we have in stock.

• 10 business days approximately:

  • For rings of special sizes or custom pieces that we have to make especially.

• 15 working days approximately:

  • Custom pieces.

Returns:

  • In Los Sueños de Catalina – artisan author jewelry, No. allowed Returns.
  • Si allowed cambios of an article, but the customer will have to pay the postage.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect and you want to return it, the costs will be paid by Los Sueños de Catalina.

  • In the case of rings, which have a size, you must be sure of your size before placing the order, since if you get the size wrong and we have to rectify the ring, the postage will be paid by the customer.
