The techniques

The techniques that I use to make the pieces are many and it is part of the attraction that this profession produces in me; learning, experimentation and implementation of new techniques; since I consider that it is such a broad field that it would take more than one lifetime to stop discovering new possibilities to transform the basic materials with which I work.

I am going to enumerate some of the most used: traced, fretwork, welding, punching, pumped, reticulated, hammered, perforated, set of wood and stones, fire enamelled, patinated, embossed, forged, laminated, textured, wax modeling, adjustment precision, granulating, polishing, sanding, filing, bending with various embossers, die casting, rubber and plaster molding, wax injection, casting, quenching, tempering, seamless metal fusion, wire drawing, wax carving with pyrography and with burin, nitric acid engraving, ferric chloride engraving, lost wax casting etc.
